Spanish banks have tightened up a lot on their lending criteria to non-residents. Current mortgage offers tend to be a loan to value ratio of around 50% in reality, despite publicity offering more. If you need a mortgage for your property purchase then why not benefit from our knowledge and experience? We know the lending styles and preferences of many of the local Spanish banks and may even be able to source a suitable re-possession or distressed property that suits you although it must be said that availability of quality bank owned properties is now declining after a very busy start to 2011.  

We are happy to help you choose your viewing itinerary or simply show you the properties you have selected from our website (although we may have many others worth considering as we cannot display our entire portfolio online at one time).
